Get to know the individuals who stir up strong feelings in the Motor City. DeAndre, known as "Ponytail" due to his lengthy hair, confronts an angry resident about parking on public land. Meanwhile, Michele and Sonjia, part of the all-female "Super Boot Crew," put a boot on a vehicle belonging to a woman whose late husband may have accrued numerous tickets. Rookie Sonja balances her job by showing kindness while still issuing citations.
