Garfield and Sherry find themselves in need of police assistance when an angry man confronts them about a boot in a tough area. Meanwhile, ticket writer Shawn faces a challenge as he attempts to reason with a man who is obstructing a bus zone. In another storyline, a father and son come up with inventive solutions to deal with the insurance problems preventing them from retrieving their impounded vehicle.
