Episode Overview

In Philadelphia, Garfield and Sherry face off against a woman who is creating chaos by adamantly refusing to vacate her towed car. Meanwhile, in Detroit, Ponytail isn’t exactly a saint as he issues tickets amidst the parking frenzy of a Baptist convention. Additionally, a young woman is left to confront her boyfriend's troubling hidden history with parking tickets while attempting to get his car back from the impound lot.
