In Detroit, Rodney and Sonjia find themselves needing to support each other when an angry man confronts them about the boot on his vehicle. Meanwhile, Supervisor Luz in Philadelphia deals with clever individuals trying to evade tickets, but her day takes a turn when a local self-styled vigilante intervenes to protect his neighbor’s car from being ticketed. In another part of Philly, Ticket Writer Shawn attempts to use his intuition to spot valid tickets, but he unexpectedly makes a mistake that leaves him in a tough spot.
