Episode Overview
Greg and Kim realize they've pushed their friends away with tedious tales of parenting, leaving Kim worried they've become unexciting. To reignite their spark, she proposes "conversation corner," a dedicated time for them to chat about current events and topics beyond their child, Sam. However, Greg finds the discussions dull. After some reflection, Kim concludes that their lack of shared experiences is the issue. She persuades Greg to enroll in a community college course called "Wine Appreciation." Jimmy and Christine join, mainly for the wine. As the first exam approaches, Kim encourages Greg to study, believing it will enhance their conversations. But when Greg learns about the extensive reading required, Jimmy suggests they skip studying. Greg worries about disappointing Kim if he fails, but her own struggles escalate when she gets caught cheating in class.
