Episode Overview
Jimmy learns that his grumpy Uncle Elton has passed away, leaving him $5000. He decides to take half of it to repay Greg and Kim for past debts related to his move to L.A. With the other half, Jimmy and Christine embark on a Christmas shopping spree. Ignoring Christine's objections, he splurges on two pricey Lionel train sets for Dominic, ultimately purchasing both. However, when he meets his uncle's lawyer, he’s shocked to discover his inheritance is actually $5000 minus taxes. Facing an overdraft before settling up with Greg, Jimmy must take a second job at the toy store where he bought the trains, encountering the arrogant manager he previously offended. To make matters worse, Greg finds Jimmy in a ridiculous reindeer costume, leading Jimmy to confess everything, sparking Greg's frustration.
