Episode Overview
Greg and Kim purchase a new minivan and intend to trade in their old vehicle. Jimmy warns Greg that trade-ins are not worth it and suggests he could sell it himself after making some repairs. Greg agrees, letting Jimmy keep any extra earnings. Jimmy fixes the car, sells it, and pockets $3000. Unsure how to handle the money, he asks Greg for advice, who recommends investing it for his children's education. Instead, Jimmy impulsively buys a rundown speedboat that doesn’t even run. Greg is furious over what he sees as a foolish decision, prompting Kim to defend Jimmy. Ignoring Greg's complaints, Jimmy restores the boat and invites everyone for its inaugural outing. Initially reluctant, Greg starts to enjoy himself as the day unfolds.
