Episode Overview

Kim is less than thrilled when she learns that Greg's mother will be visiting for four days, as she finds Natalie’s constant chatter tedious. To make matters worse, Natalie arrives with Tom, who wasn’t expected, because she feared he might forget his medication if left alone. While Kim endures Natalie’s endless small talk, Greg watches in frustration as his mother treats his father like a child. Concerned about Tom's lack of assertiveness, Greg confides in Jimmy, who suggests a weekend trip to Vegas. Initially seeking his mother’s approval, Greg decides to take Tom regardless of her objections, leading to outrage from both wives when they discover their husbands have gone without informing them. In Vegas, Greg soon realizes that his mother has overly pampered Tom, leaving him helpless.
