Episode Overview

Monica and Tess are tasked with organizing a lavish event for Harrison Trowbridge Archibald IV, a pompous doctor, to celebrate the expansion of a hospital named after his family. While they’re deep in preparations, a boy named Manny shows up, claiming to be a Child Watch sponsor. Barbara, Harrison’s wife, is quick to embrace him, though Harrison is skeptical. As Harrison begins to connect with "Manny," Monica discovers he’s actually Luis, a homeless child living beneath the hospital. The angel encourages Luis to reveal his true identity. When he does, Harrison erupts in anger, wanting to kick Luis out, but Barbara and Amelia persuade him to wait until after the event. Meanwhile, Tess encourages Amelia to reveal to Harrison the truth about his lineage, including their ties to the Bowthorpes of Charleston.
