Two young models are found dead within days of each other. Initial evidence points Gréco to the fashion magazine "Femmes" and its provocative photographer, John Devers, known for his interest in very young girls. When a third model from the publication is killed, the divisional commissioner sidelines Gréco, handing the case over to a renowned Parisian detective. Furious, Gréco decides to resign but vows to uncover the killer before anyone else. She takes charge of the investigation from her hotel room, coordinating with her assistants Max and Rose, who are stationed at the police headquarters.
