Meanwhile, Kagami embarks on a quest to find them, trailed by Juubei. Makubex discloses that the Limitless Fortress is segmented into Lower Town, The Beltline, and Babylon City, revealing his aim to seize ultimate power from Lower Town. When Juubei and Kagami find Ginji and Akabane, Ginji's fury ignites upon learning Juubei killed Kazuki. He unleashes a massive surge of lightning, scattering everyone. Akabane confronts Kagami, compelling him to flee. Juubei questions Makubex's motives, but Kagami insists he stay true to his chosen path. Ban and Shido discover the waste disposal site, while Hevn and Himiko are rescued from two attackers by Kazuki.
