Episode Overview
The setting shifts to the Grand Canyon, which serves as the dramatic battleground for the four. After taking a hit from his whip, Shido shifts his focus to the match against Emishi. Although Emishi acknowledges that he can't win against Shido, he still yearns for the fight, motivated by Makubex's protection of his clan. Emishi unleashes a fiery explosion, but Shido manages to rescue him just in time. Shido informs Kazuki that he plans to take Emishi to meet Gen and Ren. It becomes clear that the Grand Canyon is actually a virtual reality setting, revealing its deceptive nature. Kazuki starts off strong with his thread techniques, while Juubei finds himself struggling against his opponent's flying needles.
