S01E05 Death Match at Sunrise: The Lightning Emperor vs. Doctor Jackal
Episode Overview
In an abandoned shrine, The Transporters clash with The GetBackers. Ginji faces off against Akabane, while Himiko and Ban engage in their own battle. Ban catches Himiko off guard with his powerful grip, ultimately defeating her just before he nearly reveals Yamato's fate. Akabane showcases his glowing knives, but Ginji counters by using magnetic electricity to turn the tide, defeating Akabane. After leaving the shrine, the duo continues their mission. The following morning, Himiko is eager to locate the GetBackers, but Akabane, having had his fill of the excitement, departs alone. Meanwhile, Himiko and her driver, Maguruma, track down The GetBackers. As Maguruma prepares to charge at them, Ban employs his Evil Eye on a nearby crow, triggering a vision of an aerial assault by crows that causes Maguruma to crash into a pole. They soon discover from Ohtaki that the box they retrieved
