We take a trip to architect Jon Lail's office to explore the design for the new kitchen addition, enjoying a "virtual reality" walkthrough created by computer designer David Munson from HOK Architects, who utilizes this technology for large-scale commercial projects. Our host also visits Sterling Vineyards, a stunning architectural landmark situated on a mountain at the valley's northern edge. Back at the Duffy residence, the backhoe causes the septic tank to collapse, and foreman Jeff Castille reveals termite damage and a deteriorating foundation uncovered during further demolition.
