Chef Marian Morash from Victory Garden and kitchen designer Phil Mossgraber collaborate to finalize the new kitchen layout, focusing on where to place windows and appliances. Meanwhile, T.J. Silva is in the workshop, utilizing an airless sprayer to coat the walls and ceiling with a stain-blocking primer. The team also starts installing the newly delivered shingle system, featuring pre-stained 2' x 8' panels and braided corner units that are quicker to install and more affordable than traditional shingles.
