Episode Overview

Believing the wooden horse to be a gift to Athena, the Trojans bring it into their city. As night falls, Greek soldiers emerge from the horse, unlocking the gates for their comrades, and chaos ensues as they begin to slaughter the Trojans. Menelaus reunites with Helen, while Paris shoots an arrow that strikes Achilles in the heel, causing him to fall. Observing the devastation, Zeus realizes that such brutality will shatter mankind's faith in the gods. Amid the flames of the city, Odysseus and his fellow warriors set sail, feeling no sense of victory after a decade of war. But who will remember this conflict?
