Episode Overview

When Jan catches wind of an insider tip from a jockey dining at the restaurant, she and Maggie dive into the world of betting. Their newfound enthusiasm frustrates the rest of the group, who feel left out. Later, the jockey comes back, and Maggie misinterprets his order for the special (number 7) as a signal for the next race's champion. Fortunately, that horse crosses the finish line first, leaving the duo celebrating their lucky break.
