Episode Overview

Mark is celebrating his 13th birthday. Frank takes the opportunity to teach him the nuances of shaving, while Carol plans a proper party complete with music and girls. Among the guests is a charming girl named Marissa, and Mark quickly develops a crush on her. However, he soon discovers that her feelings don't mirror his, leaving him heartbroken. Meanwhile, J.T. has successfully passed his mechanics exam, prompting Dana to believe she can achieve the same. She decides to challenge him to a bet, claiming she'll pass it too.
