Episode Overview
Title: Prom Night Plot: After facing some unfortunate luck, JT finds himself falsely paired with a 13-year-old date. Meanwhile, Dana manages to secure a date with the school’s most attractive guy, who has just split from his girlfriend. At the prom, Dana faces heartbreak when her date ditches her for his ex. As the Student Body President, she has to perform the spotlight dance alone. JT steps in to comfort her and offers to dance, leading to some snarky exchanges but ultimately a newfound respect between them. In another storyline, Brendan confronts a classmate who cheated off his exam. Feeling guilty, Carol invites the boy and his family over, but tensions rise when they cheat during a game of Monopoly. When Carol overhears them insulting Frank and Brendan, she loses her temper and punches the boy's father.
