Episode Overview

Peter agrees to Romano's idea and secures a two-week gig in Minnesota for some additional cash. However, just as he's set to depart, he’s reassigned to a remote hospital in Mississippi, which consists of just two rooms. There, Peter confronts local prejudices, assists in a challenging childbirth amid the grandfather's fears about the baby's race, and employs unconventional techniques to rescue two shrimpers. Meanwhile, in Chicago, Jeanie's health takes a turn for the worse.
