Later, in the restroom, Susan and Abby discover Weaver in a stall with a needle. Weaver admits to Susan that she’s been using hormones. Meanwhile, Carter, under the impression that Susan is already aware, reveals Abby’s issues with alcohol. Abby takes on the role of nurse manager and confronts Carter about her drinking habits. Luka is caught emerging from a storage closet with a patient’s mother after flirting with her. Gallant faces a tough day as Pratt interferes with his patient, and Stella Willis passes away due to Kayson's negligence in her treatment.
