Episode Overview

As the town prepares for its yearly parade, Cody invites Jill's group to take part while assigning Pete's team to clean-up duty. Derrick and his crew are surprisingly content with this arrangement, enjoying the short work hours and avoiding the sweltering marching practice. However, when Pete provokes them by questioning if they've ever aimed for something more ambitious, memories flood back of how Derrick had initially crushed their dreams upon their arrival at the base. This prompts the team to shift their frustration onto Derrick.
