Episode Overview

In the second-to-last episode, the skills of the four remaining chefs are pushed to their limits. Chef Morimoto presents a daunting challenge: they must craft a dessert that complements their selected tea. Tension runs high as the chefs experiment with innovative techniques, resulting in one chef's dish causing an unexpected stir. Following this, the chefs must channel Morimoto’s culinary vision by designing a Japanese dish that features flavors from one of the countries where he operates a restaurant.
