Episode Overview

The final three chefs battle for a coveted place in the ultimate omakase showdown, aiming for victory. In the Ikouze Challenge, they are given the freedom to select their own path, allowing them to highlight a skill that hasn't been displayed during the competition. Following this round, one chef is eliminated, leaving two to craft and present an exquisite eight-course omakase. They must demonstrate their culinary hospitality, spontaneous preparation, menu creativity, flavor profiles, and technical expertise. Ultimately, one chef earns the title of Morimoto’s Sushi Master.
