Episode Overview

Stu and Grandpa are busy organizing a surprise birthday bash for Didi, but they overlook one vital detail—the birthday cake! In their haste to get everything ready, they forgot to pick one up. So, they take the Rugrats to Bob's Fully Automated Bakery to grab a cake. While there, Tommy's present for Didi, a frog, escapes, leading Dil on a frantic quest to catch it. As the Rugrats scramble to save Dil from becoming cake himself, Betty treats Didi to an English tea shop where the waitstaff serenade guests with lively songs to the melody of "Hail Britannia."
