Grandpa's longtime friend, Roy Davis, is coming over, but Grandpa is worried that his baldness and lack of fitness will embarrass him. At the same time, Angelica insists that Tommy will remain a baby forever because he's bald, which leads the Rugrats on a mission to find hair for him.
