After years of dreaming and planning, they are finally ready to oversee the construction. They envision a classic pavilion-style pole home nestled among the trees. However, managing the project from 4,000 kilometers away in Melbourne presents numerous challenges, especially since it’s their first time tackling such a venture. Despite their thorough design efforts for the South Pacific-inspired retreat, they face obstacles like a steep driveway, tropical rainstorms, and pricey local labor, all of which threaten to derail their budget and timeline. With demanding work commitments and the challenge of distance, these hopeful dreamers still believe they can create their perfect home. But will they succeed?
