Episode Overview

While vacationing in Canary Creek, California, Hardcastle enters an annual fishing competition, only to be unexpectedly accused of rape by Tina Cutter, the sheriff's 16-year-old daughter. As Sheriff Dale Cutler attempts to take Hardcastle to jail, he makes a deadly move against the judge, but Mark intervenes just in time, forcing the sheriff to hold off on his attack. Understanding that Hardcastle's life is in jeopardy, Mark pretends to be drunk and helps his friend escape. As Hardcastle digs into why Tina framed him, he connects the dots to a prior conversation with the sheriff about a plane he found while fishing. Upon returning to the location, he discovers the sheriff and locals dismantling the plane, which turns out to be a drug transport. Watching the community attempt to sell the drugs to a dealer, Hardcastle and McCormick use a nearby forklift to capture the sheriff and the dealers. Once the truth is revealed, Hardcastle is exonerated from the rape
