Draven pays a visit to Funboy (Ty Olsson) in prison, using his powers to force him to relive the horrific night he participated in Draven and Shelly's deaths. Consumed by guilt, Funboy longs for redemption, but his moment is interrupted by the sinister Soleil Hazard (Gabriel Casseus), who appears to have a telepathic link to the malevolent Top Dollar. Disguised as a music promoter for Fadeout Records, Hazard approaches Draven at the Blackout Club, urging him to reunite with his former band. Draven declines, yet he’s troubled by the encounter and the mesmerizing music invading his thoughts. Meanwhile, Albrecht has regained his badge and a new task: to track down the escaped Funboy. He warns Darla (Lynda Boyd), but she finds it impossible to break free from her past relationship. Draven, increasingly lost in the powerful music dominating his mind, remains unaware of Sarah and Albrecht's concerns
