A mysterious and powerful organization approaches Draven with an enticing proposal: a chance to be reunited with Shelly for good. Dr. Dorsett (Don Most) seeks out Draven, bringing news of the Lazarus Group, a secretive faction that helped him regain his therapy license, and now he owes them a debt. They claim to have cutting-edge technology that can bring Draven and Shelly back together and wish to test it on him. Unbeknownst to Draven, the Lazarus Group has ties to ancient times, and their motives are far from pure.
