A ruthless cop-killer is luring officers into deadly traps by abducting women. This cunning and malicious killer waits for police to respond before striking. In a heated outburst, Vincennes condemns the killer's cowardice and pledges to do whatever it takes to apprehend him. This declaration makes him a target, leading to the kidnapping of his wife, Karen (Patricia Harras), as bait. In a panic, Lieutenant Vincennes brings his children, Jason (Alex Pollack) and Libby (Lauren Zabel), to the precinct for protection, where Albrecht convinces Sarah to help watch over them.
