Episode Overview
The leader of the Lazarus Group aims to corrupt The Crow and use him to kill Eric Draven. In a brief moment of humanity, Shelly tries to save him but fails to stop the fierce clash between Draven and the wicked Crow. Frederick Balsam (Mavor Moore), the ailing head of the enigmatic Lazarus Group, has successfully transferred his soul into his former personal trainer, James Horton (Michael Weatherly). Now youthful and still wicked, he has destroyed the technology that allowed body transfers and is methodically eliminating anyone aware of it. His ultimate goal is to convert The Crow into his personal enforcer to take out Draven. Meanwhile, Detective Albrecht investigates who defaced Draven's grave with blood. While at the cemetery, he encounters a visibly anxious Judge Morrison (Jerry Wasserman), a former member of the Lazarus Group who once facilitated their corrupt dealings. He now seeks police protection in exchange for crucial information.
