Top Dollar, also known as Jason Danko, harbors a sinister ambition—to willingly fall at the hands of The Crow for the sake of achieving wicked immortality. After escaping from the asylum and killing a guard, he seeks to provoke Draven into a fatal showdown. Meanwhile, Draven encounters The Skull Cowboy, who offers guidance to help him cross into the Land of the Dead for a long-awaited reunion with Shelly. As the tension between Draven and Top Dollar escalates, Sarah, Darla, and India find themselves in peril. Despite Skull Cowboy's warnings to resist Top Dollar's taunts, Draven succumbs to rage when one of his few allies is slain. This leads to a climactic confrontation where Draven risks losing his chance to be with Shelly and unleashes a dark force as dangerous as himself.
