Episode Overview

Maya is on a mission to demonstrate that attractive individuals have a leg up in the employment arena. To do this, she sets up an experiment where two candidates will vie for the same position—one is highly qualified but lacks conventional beauty, while the other, though not very bright, is stunning. However, Maya finds herself caught up in the bias she seeks to challenge when she begins dating the handsome candidate. Meanwhile, Nina is eager to join in on a prank targeted at Finch, and Jack faces a challenge while trying to assemble a dollhouse for his baby daughter.
