Episode Overview

Maya's recently hired assistant, Cindy, is enthusiastic yet utterly inept, leading to setbacks in Maya's projects. Jack believes it's time to let Cindy go, but Maya insists on providing her an opportunity to improve. However, as time ticks by, Cindy continues to make mistakes, challenging Maya's patience. At the same time, Finch and Elliott play a prank on Nina by supplying her with a fake Word-a-Day calendar, which jeopardizes her upcoming radio interview.
