Title: The Jealousy Within Plot: Billy stands up for his father alongside Courtney. Meanwhile, Jake opens up to Ashley about his feelings. Matt mocks the so-called "Environmental Police," while Brooke exploits the movement for her personal gain. Billy feels conflicted about his friendship with Olaf. When Dylan's concert is called off, Billy is to blame. Matt's jealousy intensifies as he notices Ashley’s sympathy towards Dylan.
