Lisa pushes Mike to connect with a young female colleague looking for guidance, and although he is initially reluctant, he soon finds her charming, athletic, and able to fit in with the guys. As their meetings increase, Lisa decides to join them, leading to a surprising suggestion from their new friend. Meanwhile, Adam's morning drives take on a new dynamic when Callie begins calling him during his commute, and Ethan works to hide the signs that his new romance is becoming more serious.
