Michael is compelled to call for an ambulance when Sydney arrives at the beach house and swipes Kimberly's suicide note. Desperate, Kimberly pays Sydney $50,000 to place pills in the house to frame Michael. In turn, Michael gives Sydney another $50,000 for the note, threatening to hand it to the medical board unless Kimberly leaves town. Amanda scoffs at Michael's marriage proposal, insisting she no longer needs him. Meanwhile, Alison brings Amanda back to D&D, and they plot to embarrass Alison. Brooke confides that she ended her engagement, prompting Billy to seek comfort in her after Alison pushes him away. Jess steals a customer’s credit card at Shooters to treat Jake and Jo to dinner, leading to a heated argument when Jake suspects foul play.
