Peter comes to Michael's rescue by getting him released from jail, revealing that he only served a few days. He requests that Michael testify for him at the medical board hearing. Meanwhile, a demon manipulates Kimberly into considering violent actions against her foes. Sydney breaks into Kimberly's motel room, only to find a disturbing photo collage featuring herself and others. Despite their warnings, the police dismiss Sydney and Michael's concerns about Kimberly. Kimberly confronts Peter about his ties to Michael, during which he reveals his romantic feelings for her. Amanda informs Alison that Billy and Brooke are set to marry, prompting Alison to realize that Hayley hired her to eliminate her competition. Jo turns down Jess's impulsive marriage proposal. Jane's firm is on the brink of foreclosure, so she aggressively pursues a renowned designer, Richard Hart, and lands a job with his ex-wife’s firm. Paul tells Matt that Carol has moved out, but in reality, she’s just away for the weekend.
