Episode Overview
Jo and Amanda clash over who is responsible for Jake's departure. Meanwhile, Jake has a reunion with his biological father, Vince Connors. After addressing their issues, Vince persuades Jake to head back to Melrose. Jake expresses remorse for leaving Jo and discovers from the FBI that he will receive a significant reward for aiding in Brittany's capture. Chris continues to pursue Sydney despite her lack of interest, while Jane thinks her sister is merely stirring up trouble. Alison gets her new assistant fired and hooks up with a guy at Shooters, only to feel betrayed when he reveals he was only after a fling. Peter Burns, the new chief of staff at the hospital, asserts his authority over Michael and Kimberly.
