Episode Overview

Kimberly detonates her explosives, causing severe damage to the building and resulting in MacKenzie’s sudden heart attack. Billy rushes to break down Alison's door, rescuing her just as she’s left disoriented and blinded by the explosion. Meanwhile, Peter dives in to save Kimberly from drowning after the blast propels her into the pool. Kimberly ends up in a psychiatric facility, struggling to remember the events of the last week. Billy storms off after Hayley confronts him about delaying their honeymoon with Brooke, who eventually decides to move into Billy's apartment. Tragically, Jess dies from the fall at the construction site, while Jake escapes with minor injuries and distances himself from a guilt-ridden Jo. In jail, Matt is furious as his parents appear to suspect him of murder, but they regain his trust by mortgaging their home to bail him out.
