Episode Overview
At a client party, Alison unexpectedly regains her vision. Jane persuades her to keep this secret, warning that Brooke only allows her near Billy out of sympathy. Meanwhile, Brooke investigates Amanda's office and uncovers a Florida driver's license belonging to Amanda Parezi. Matt’s attorney, Alycia, quits when he insists on confronting Paul for a confession himself. Paul suspects Matt has a damaging letter from Carol and invites him over, where he holds Matt at gunpoint with fatal intentions. Luckily, Jo has contacted Alycia, who arrives with the police. In the ensuing shootout, Paul is mortally wounded and confesses to his wife's murder before dying. Back at work, Matt is unexpectedly fired by Dr. Hobbs. Peter continues to push Kimberly to claim insanity, initially impressed by her outburst in court until he realizes it’s genuine. Richard protests when Jane hires Jo without his approval. Finally, Jake and Jo reconnect, and Jake is taken aback by an unexpected visitor.
