Episode Overview
Peter's lobotomy is averted when Michael and Amanda storm into the hospital, but they soon find themselves captured by "Betsy" and locked in the boiler room. Nurse Benson starts to realize Kimberly's instability and attempts to free the trio. Just as they're about to escape, "Betsy" intervenes, but Michael manages to reach Kimberly and bring her back to her senses. An orderly suspects that Michael has manipulated Kimberly and tries to attack him. In a moment of bravery, Kimberly saves Michael but falls from a twenty-foot platform during the struggle. Meanwhile, Syd tries to talk Jane out of her murder scheme. Jane offers Samantha a job and an apartment in exchange for intel on competing offers for the store and embezzles money from Richard to secure the location. Matt shows signs of recovery from his illness. Jo is taken aback when Dominick proposes to her. Jake attempts to distance himself from Alison as she reveals her romantic feelings.
