Jane and Richard share the news that they’re engaged again, which deeply troubles Jo, who is reminded that Jane doesn’t truly love Richard. Overcome with emotions, Jo drinks heavily at the engagement party, leading to an explosive confrontation with Jane and revealing the truth to Richard. Meanwhile, Jack is eager to finalize his divorce from Amanda so he can remarry, but Amanda is furious when he completes the payment for the apartment renovations. She confides in Billy about Jack’s abusive past and how she staged her own death to escape his threats. Brooke feels threatened by Alison's growing bond with Hayley.
