Kimberly firmly turns down Michael’s last effort to patch things up. He opts to stay with Matt for the time being, but Kimberly encourages Megan to win Michael back. Meanwhile, Dan pushes Matt to move in with him. After missing out on the chief-of-staff role, Peter turns to golf to boost his mood, but Amanda grows weary of his antics, especially after he loses a big bet to Kyle. Taylor persuades Peter to light a candle for Beth on the anniversary of her death, confessing she faked the last diary entry to clear him. Arthur drops his lawsuit when Craig threatens to expose a family secret. Samantha leaves her studio upon realizing Craig has ulterior motives. Sydney picks up a second job as a hostess at Kyle's restaurant. Sherry meets Jane at a mansion, requesting no further contact, but Jane later finds out Sherry actually lives in a modest apartment and attempts to reconnect with her mother.
