Episode Overview

Jane and Sydney manage to escape after Jane strikes Richard in the stomach with a shovel. While they’re being driven by a deputy to meet Samantha, they spot Richard emerging from a grocery store, where he meets his end in a shootout. At the morgue, Jane stabs Richard's corpse with a brooch to confirm his death. A sheriff returns their cash and tells them to leave his town. Jane prevents a confused Sam from moving away. Sydney decides to invest in Jane’s boutique. Meanwhile, Amanda intimidates Kimberly when she refuses to lie under oath. Later, Kimberly helps Peter by recalling a waiter who can vouch for him. Amanda is furious when Taylor appears at the courthouse. Billy misinterprets Alison's invitation to her apartment, leading to a brawl with Jake when he finds him there. Additionally, one of Matt's professors grows suspicious that he might be using drugs.
