Episode Overview

Title: The Survival Syndrome Plot: While stuck in traffic, Romano unexpectedly spots a recently stolen vehicle. As he attempts to intervene, one of the thieves begins shooting, critically injuring him. In the chaos, a young accomplice tries to escape but is shot by one of the leaders of the gang. Unfortunately, a nearby TV camera captures the moment, making it appear as though Hooker fired the fatal shot. With Hooker now under investigation and Romano struggling to maintain his composure after the attack, the true orchestrators of the car thefts remain elusive.
