Episode Overview

While on a stake-out, Hooker is compelled to shoot a hired assassin, but he fails to discover the identity of the target. Shortly afterward, an armed robbery at an airport cargo depot results in the tragic death of security guard Bill Kennedy, a former officer. Stacy had formed a bond with the gentle Bill through his blind son, Steve, which motivates her, Hooker, and Corrigan to track down the shooter. Their investigation reveals a connection between the hit-man and Bill's murder, suggesting a Mob involvement—and that Steve is now in grave danger.
