Drew becomes anxious about his body image when Mr. Wick chooses a more athletic colleague to represent the company at a convention in Hawaii. While at the Warsaw, a patron overhears Drew's concerns and presents him with a weight-loss pill that works in tandem with beer. In exchange for a free bottle, Drew agrees to take before and after photos. However, Drew's excitement turns to shock when he discovers his shirtless "before" image has been plastered on a billboard around town just days later.
