With a fierce storm approaching Cleveland, the store allows all staff with families to leave early to be with their children, leaving the single employees to manage the chaos alone. Frustrated by this unfair treatment, Drew suggests forming a union for the singles. As a tornado nears, everyone scrambles to safety in the basement, while Mr. Wick finds himself trapped in the store as the storm hits. The following day, Mimi seizes a chance when she discovers Mr. Wick in a state of shock and confusion.
